Country Showdown Coming to El Paso

Priority Registration for Students Affected by School Closures

Registration is now open for students impacted by the closure of eight El Paso ISD schools.

The closures, part of the Destination District Redesign, aim to consolidate schools due to high upgrade costs.

Star Ceiling Opening Night

The El Paso Museum of Art debuts "Star Ceiling (El Paso)" by Leo Villareal this Friday! This permanent installation features a stunning 120-foot LED display, zero-gravity benches, and desert-themed planters.

The free opening event runs from 5–8 p.m. with holiday snacks, lightbox-making, curator tours, and music from a local DJ.
