El Paso Marathon Is This Sunday 🏃‍♂️

The 2025 Michelob Ultra El Paso Marathon is set to take off on Sunday, February 23, with a new course and a record number of runners! This year, the marathon, half marathon, and 5K will all finish in Downtown El Paso.

The marathon will start at the Eastside Sports Complex and pass through Edgemere Boulevard, Austin Terrace, and Five Points, ending at San Jacinto Plaza. With more than 500 runners already signed up, this is the biggest race since its 2007 launch. Registration is still open, so sign up and join the fun!

New Community Coming To El Paso 🏡

Hunt Companies has begun building a massive 770-acre community called Verdancia in Horizon City! This new neighborhood will have 2,400 homes, 400 apartments, and tons of commercial space along Eastlake Boulevard. The first homes are expected by mid-2026, with prices ranging from $290,000 to over $500,000.

Verdancia will also feature pools, parks, tennis, pickleball courts, and walking trails. It’s the latest in a line of big developments in El Paso, following the success of Mission Ridge and Campo Del Sol. El Paso is growing fast, and Verdancia is adding to the excitement!
